QHRAI MISSION STATEMENT
QHRAI (Quarter Horse Racing Association of Indiana)
The purpose of QHRAI shall be:
- A. To promote Quarter Horse racing, breeding, and ownership in the State of Indiana.
- B. To promote youth involvement in Quarter Horse racing and educate youth in proper husbandry as it relates to the racing Quarter Horse.
- C. To promote a better understanding of Quarter Horse racing by the general public.
- D. To foster humane treatment of the racing Quarter Horse.
